We invite an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

 

Requirements:

  •  - 2+ Years of experience in sales or business development; 
  • - experience in SaaS, B2B (most likely but not mandatory in risk management,  fintech, banking, payments, or related industry), experience in crypto business;
  • - experience in developing business cases, and sales forecasting;
  • - knowledge of tools for lead generation, processing, and nurturing;
  • -nability to find a correct approach to each customer and his business needs;
  • - strong negotiation and objection-handling skills;
  • - passionate about solving problems, especially those that will bring success to the customer:

- goal-oriented, easy learning, self-motivated and friendly;

 - customer-focused and open-minded;

  • Languages:

- English – fluent (verbal);

- Estonian - upper intermediate.
Knowledge of other languages with an upper intermediate level would be a plus

 

What you will do:

  • - search for potential customers;
  • - active Sales (personal search of the cold base of contacts);
  • - processing leads that are coming from other sales channels;
  • - visiting international conferences, exhibitions, forums, and seminars;
  • - conducting online (via e-mail, chats, instant messengers, and social networks) and offline   
  • - presentations to potential Covery clients and partners.
  • - preparation of commercial offers;
  • - familiarizing clients with legal and technical onboarding procedures;
  • - follow-up monitoring of client launch and current traffic volumes (at least 3 months after the start of traffic).
