Responsibilities:

  • Supports customers by providing helpful information for any problems that occurs in games via phone and email
  • Answering questions, and responding to complaints.
  • Report user’s issues to developers, QA or related departments
  • Support on Product’s quality assurance process
  • Help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in the customer service field
  • Have very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good personality, service-minded person, know how to build a good human relationship
  • Able to work overtime, shift work
  • Knowledge and skill in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail
  • Having native Russian and very good English skills
  • Passionate to games, the gaming industry
