THE POSITION

As our CFO, you will get an extremely important position in Legentic's further development! You become our public face towards owners and professional financial institutions. Responsibilities include:

  • Be the CEO's right hand and natural deputy
  • Lead and organize the company's finance function, with all that entails.
  • Overall responsibility for capital raising and capital strategy
  • Ongoing responsibility for budget, forecasting and cash flow
  • Establish and further develop all reporting
  • Conduct company presentations to the board, owners and potential new investors
  • Maintain the IR function, both practically and legally
  • Build, maintain and further develop relationships with the company's bank connections
  • Build a future robust capital structure, and be able to facilitate an exit plan
  • Be a driving force in terms of strategic goal management, and take responsibility for a 3-year business plan
  • Act as board secretary
  • Responsible for the company's strategy and implementation related to M&A
  • Follow-up of, and relationship building with owners, the board, partners, networks and banks
  • CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience and qualifications

  • Higher education at master's level within the relevant subject area
  • Several years of experience from similar work, preferably in or with companies that have
  • has been growing in an international environment.
  • Experience from dealing with financial issues
  • Very good business and financial understanding
  • Very good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian and English
  • Preferably experience of working strategically and overall in an operational operating environment
