UX Product Designer

Responsibilities: 

• Lead interaction design and visual design as a part of a multidisciplinary team;
• Design useful, beautiful, and performant experiences for users;
• Work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with product management, engineering, and research teams to create intuitive, feature-rich experiences for a diverse audience;
• Apply UX Research methodology to identify actionable insights, and use them to inform design decisions;
• Produce storyboards, user flows, journey maps, and wireframes that effectively communicate detailed user actions;
• Prototype design solutions that meet measurable business goals and user requirements;
• Support the team in creating high-quality deliverables within timelines and project requirements;
• Understand the basic principles of established UX techniques, solving for specific problems with standard design tools;
• Advocate for our users with a strong sense of user empathy and awareness at scale;
• Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results;
• Present your roadmap at company-wide check-ins.

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience as a UX product designer;
• Experience in creating a design from scratch from idea and user research to usability audit;
• Flawless understanding of several design tools (Figma, Sketch App, InVision);
• Hands-on experience with HTML5 and CSS;
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript;
• Flexible and focusing on solutions;
• Organized and self-sufficient.

Nice to have:

• Experience in developing UX/UI design for financial products;
• Experience in developing UX/UI design for crypto users and even better crypto-traders;
• Strong experience with pre-processors SASS\LESS;
• Familiarity with Typescript, React, jQuery, Bootstrap.
