Key responsibilities

  • Develop global strategy for merchant acquisition (eCom, SaaS, travel, mobility, insurance, gaming, etc) and scoring
  • Identify, pitch, and close new partnerships, with a special emphasis on well-known global and local brands 
  • Regularly improve sales commissions from our partners
  • Build and maintain systems for ad-hoc campaigns with brands to boost revenue
  • Build and maintain an effective sales tracking system
  • Day-to-day management of existing partner relationships
  • Manage an affiliate marketing team
  • Collaborate with team members to create and develop an Inhouse Affiliate Network

Experience and skills required

  • At least 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, advertiser acquisition, sales – ideally in an affiliate network, cashback aggregator, code-pickers, BNPL product
  • Both managerial experience leading a team and playing coach, and hands-on experience with the work
  • Successful track record negotiating with global brands
  • Top-notch presentational and speaking skills
  • Tech savviness and deep understanding of affiliate networks
  • Fluency in English (Advanced or Native) is a must. Fluency in another language is a big plus
  • Ability to problem-solve and thrive under ambiguity
