I am a Technical Support Engineer with more than 21 years of deep skills supporting and advising network and server administrator teams.Passioned for sharing knowledge, very fast learner, I achieved Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification in early 1999, later becoming a Microsoft Certified Trainer, spreading knowledge in Network, Active Directory, servers and network devices installation and configuration.I love server and desktop application performance debugging and my experience in this area of troubleshooting was reached studying and getting certified on Compuware Application Performance Management (former Vantage Suite), executing complex analysis on client server communications.Security was always a concern. I supplied Symantec security solutions for many Brazilian customers, applying best practices on desktop and server antivirus, antispam, as well as Microsoft Threat Management Gateway servers, later being certified and specialized on SonicWALL UTM (firewall) products for network security.Last 13 years I’ve been working as self employed consultant at CompuNext, delivering high level network management and security with SonicWALL, as well as complex troubleshooting Linux and Microsoft servers and desktops.
